Degraded Performance of NA Residential Proxy Performance
Resolved - At 17:03 UTC, due to spike in traffic load, some of components in North-American infrastructure started to fail. We re-routed the traffic to European and Asian infrastructure at 17:14 UTC which was functioning normally.
After a full recovery of the failing services (~1 hour and 45 minutes after detection) we re-routed clients back to our NA infrastructure.
We are regularly monitoring and scaling our infrastructure, but still observe some areas for improvement for load management. We will be further scaling our infrastructure within the upcoming days and monitor infrastructure performance very closely.
