Investigating

Customers using Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1) may experience connection failures due to DNS resolution issues with our domain entries.

Currently the issue is mainly affecting Asia Entrypoint, with minimal impact to North America & Europe Entrypoints.

Recommended Workaround:
Switching to Google Public DNS:
Primary: 8.8.8.8
Secondary: 8.8.4.4
